Su Carta
DESCRIPTION
Known for his work as a curator, radio host, and co-founder of 19'40", Francesco Fusaro here appears in a more discreet but deeply personal role: the composer. Su Carta gathers seven pieces entirely conceived on paper yet alive with the surprise of sound, written for violin, clarinet, vibraphone, double bass, human voice – and even a TB-303 clone. Together, they trace a path through reflections on the environment, memory, animals, and the very act of composition.
It is a portrait of Fusaro’s distinctive voice – patient, inquisitive, quietly playful, and attentive to the spaces between sounds. Performed by close collaborators and long-standing companions of the 19'40" universe, this album completes the founders’ “triangle” after Sebastiano De Gennaro’s Musica Razionale and Enrico Gabrielli’s Der Maurer Vol. 2, celebrating a shared journey at the borders between research, intimacy, and listening.
